yeah, that's all I was saying is that it was a little too early. I know utley would cost more, but he would be worth it even if he is out the first month. He is a beast at 2b

Who do u guys think is the best pick in these 12 that been picked As far as value goes, I like the Ryan Braun pick the most. This is excluding the first 5. You already knew who was going in those.

Far and away the best pick has been Hanley Ramirez (although it was pretty much a no-brainer).

I've got so long to wait that I haven't even thought about it. With the way the draft is going, the players were think will be there later may not be, you know.

A more compelling argument would be what's the worst pick that's been made thus far? I'd have to say Manny.

I am pretty surprised by some of the picks made. I'm surprised Pedroia was picked before Utley; I'm surprised Manny was picked before Matt Holliday, Grady Sizemore, and Josh Hamilton; and I'm surprised Prince Fielder was taken before Mark Teixeira and Ryan Howard.

I do not believe that Lincecum selection was a bad one. I had him anywhere from 12-16 overall depending on how the draft went. I am not a big fan of drafting pitchers early, especially in the 1st round, but if anyone can get away with it, it is you kyflyfisher. You have two 2nd round picks so you can rebound with a couple nice offensive players, especially with the way top players are sliding (Chase Utley anyone?), not everyone would have that luxury.

I realize why the draft has been going the way it has. People are worried about taking a pick on an aging superstar and the risk of injury or reduced production from the players. Instead they would rather take the cheaper player that offers them a higher upside in the later years. Thats the method I'm doing

I got a steal with Sizemore at 13. I think that was the best.

I really really wanted Sizemore, I thought there would be a chance you would take a Phillie or I could trade up.

BIG JOHNSON, hopefully you are reading this before making your pick. I'd like to talk to you about this pick if you'd be willing to move it. I'll be on for a while tonight so maybe we can work something out.
If you really like this pick, ignore the above.
