This request has been made by a few owners. What do you all think?

I voted Yes. I hope this will get the process moving a little bit.

I voted yes but I understand why we have no votes. Roughly doing the math I believe we can still make Opening Day at 12 hours in the MLB Draft and does it matter for the MiLB? I have a few guys I think I can bring up but we can make provisions for that.

If it would help anyone, if this goes thru I'd gladly make picks for those who can't do 8 hrs. (Pending league approval, of course) I'm off work and the laptop in the kitchen is on all day so it's really not a problem

The league has spoken and we will be going to an 8 hour time limit once the 18th round (MLB) and the 8th round (Minor) start. As Ky stated, if you are almost up and don't think you will be on within your time limit, you can send me a list or even ky and we will pick the top player on your list for you.

so thats the way its going to be if someone comes up with an idea good or bad we are going to change the rules as we go along. sorry to sound like a preck but some of us do not have a computer availalbe 24 hours a day and if i am like 7th pick i am at work and the other 6 pick i get skipped we need to make rules long before we pit them to use at 12 hours we still have enough time to get the draft done again i apolaize

Big D please understand that I'm not doing this to try and screw anyone, but I think that we had to something as the league has had too many days when there have only been one or two picks made. Plus this was not an idea that one or two people came up with, it's 10 of 16 owners who agree.

bigd, you won't have to worry to much about getting skipped since you are on the clock twice in a row. You just have 16 hours to make both picks.
